How often should I throw away old toiletries?

My general rule applies here too:

If you don't use it, lose it.

Also follow manufacturer expiration and period-after-opening guidance where applicable.

Don't allow half-used products you stopped liking years ago to occupy your best bathroom storage simply because you feel guilty throwing them away.
