Keep a few extra rolls conveniently available in the bathroom.
Bulk overstock doesn't need to occupy prime bathroom space. A linen closet, laundry room or another nearby storage area can work well for additional toilet paper and tissues.
Store according to frequency of use—not simply according to what room an item seems to belong in.
